By sharing our experiences, we are able to provide a unique perspective and deliver our sessions using an empathetic approach.

Our talks bring people together and inspire them to improve their quality of life, by being more self-aware, making healthier life choices and supporting others who may be suffering or at risk.

All of our presentations are designed to engage the audience and leave them with an understanding on the issue discussed and equip attendees with the tools they need to be able to avoid the distress and destruction which mental illnesses can cause. Attendees are able to gain an insight into living with a mental illness and develop the ability to empathise with someone who may be struggling.

Mark and Liam came to AO as part of our events for Stress Awareness Month.
