Simon Haworth – Walk & Talk
This month, Mark chats with our Programme Facilitator Simon Haworth, a former international professional footballer. Simon shares his personal journey, being required to perform on the pitch whilst dealing with the loss of his dad at a young age, imposter syndrome, mental health struggles and gambling addiction. Simon’s message is a powerful one, now in recovery, he shares how he got the help he needed to recover as a human being and is now his most authentic self.
